Jeff Branch
Jeff Branch built a distinguished 40-year career in the transportation industry, ultimately serving as a college instructor, where he had the opportunity to mentor and educate future professionals. After retiring, Jeff realized he wasn’t quite ready to step away from the workforce and found a new passion at Rock Solid Construction as a measure technician. In this role, he continues to apply his expertise while building meaningful relationships with customers.
Jeff resides in North Myrtle Beach, SC, with his wife, Denise. They are proud parents of four grown children and grandparents to 15 grandchildren. Together, they enjoy giving back to their community through volunteer work and embracing their love for travel.
Wayne Anderson
Wayne Anderson, a native of Charlotte, NC, was raised in Georgia and later completed his education at the University of Alabama. After spending 30 years in Colorado, Wayne and his wife, Debbie, returned to the South to reconnect with their roots—exchanging the majestic mountains of Colorado for the white sandy beaches of the Grand Strand.
Wayne and Debbie have five children, including their son Thomas, a sophomore at North Myrtle Beach High School, and their daughter Kayla, a sophomore at Winthrop University.
With over 30 years of experience in business sales and customer care, Wayne brings a wealth of expertise and a passion for service to Rock Solid Construction. He values being part of the RSC team and takes pride in helping homeowners solve challenges and bring their dream homes to life.
Anthony DeAnda
With over 15 years of experience in residential construction, Anthony has built a strong reputation through dedication, expertise, and a commitment to enhancing his community. As a husband and proud father of four, he understands the importance of creating safe, functional, and beautiful homes for families.
For nearly three years, Anthony has been a valued member of Rock Solid Construction, where his passion for quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction continues to drive his success. Married for 16 years and deeply rooted in family values, he brings integrity and dedication to every project he oversees as the Operations Manager for Rock Solid Construction’s Coastal Division.
Tommy Glenn
Tommy Glenn is a Sales Consultant for Rock Solid Construction, bringing over 30 years of sales experience to the team. He has been a valued member of Rock Solid for nearly three years, helping homeowners turn their visions into reality.
A proud veteran, Tommy served in the United States Air Force in the early 1990s before settling in the Charlotte, NC, area to launch his sales career. He is passionate about family, friends, and all things sports. Driven by a commitment to exceptional customer service, Tommy’s goal is to assist as many homeowners as possible in transforming their homes to match their dreams.
Jerry Morton
Jerry Morton serves as the Operations Manager for Rock Solid Construction of the Carolinas, overseeing the Charlotte Division. He began his construction career in 2016 as a design engineer specializing in commercial millwork. His strong commitment to customer service and team development quickly distinguished him in the industry. During his four-year tenure as a Reconstruction Project Manager at SERVPRO, Jerry gained extensive experience in the insurance sector, refining his ability to navigate projects with both urgency and empathy—skills he now applies to his leadership role at Rock Solid Construction.
Outside of work, Jerry is a dedicated husband and father to four daughters and a baby boy. He finds great fulfillment in coaching his daughters' softball and basketball teams. In addition to his professional and family commitments, Jerry has served as the pastor of Aquadale Baptist Church for over three years, answering a lifelong calling to faith and community leadership.
Kenneth Holton
Working at Rock Solid Construction since 2013, Kenneth brings 11 years of experience in the industry. As a husband of five years and a proud father, he understands the importance of creating safe, beautiful, and lasting home improvements.
Specializing in windows, doors, siding, and gutters, Kenneth takes pride in delivering top-quality craftsmanship and exceptional customer service. Always eager to learn new skills and improve, his goal is to ensure every homeowner gets the best possible results for their home.
Thomas "Tom" Smith
With over 15 years of experience in the construction industry, Thomas "Tom" Smith brings a wealth of knowledge from commercial, multifamily, and custom home construction. His expertise and dedication ensure that every project is completed with precision, quality, and care.
Beyond work, Tom is a devoted father of three and proud grandfather of four. He enjoys hunting, fishing, camping, and embracing the Lowcountry lifestyle. Most of all, he values spending time with family and friends, making lasting memories both on and off the job site.

Mike Russell
With 29 years of construction experience, Mike Russell specializes in stone fabrication and installation (granite, quartz, quartzite) and plays a key role as our interior project manager across North Carolina for Rock Solid Construction. Committed to the RSC mission, he prioritizes customer satisfaction, dependability, and quality craftsmanship.
A former travel basketball coach for over a decade, Mike instilled discipline, drive, and commitment in his players—values he now brings to his leadership role at RSC. Many of his athletes earned college scholarships under his guidance.
A Stanly County native, Mike and his wife have three children and a grandchild. They are active members of Spirit and Truth United Church of Worship and are dedicated to serving their community. In his free time, he enjoys disc golf, often using the sport to raise funds for those in need.
Willi Clasen
From an early age, Willi developed a passion for building and craftsmanship while working alongside his father. Instilled with a keen eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and a dedication to perfection, he carries those values into every project as our project estimator.
With experience spanning residential renovations to large-scale commercial developments, he has contributed to notable projects, including Stone Brewery in Richmond, VA, and worked for a former U.S. Treasurer. However, his greatest fulfillment comes from helping homeowners bring their visions to life, often celebrated in the most personal ways—like an invite to a family cookout.
Specializing in project estimating and insurance claims, he goes above and beyond to ensure homeowners receive the best possible outcome. For him, construction isn’t just about building—it’s about honor, integrity, and making a real difference in people’s lives.
